- Lead and manage valuation engagements for US-based clients, including business valuations, intangible asset valuations, and financial instrument valuations.
- Develop and review complex valuation models using various valuation methodologies (e. , discounted cash flow, market multiples, precedent transactions).
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, market data, and company-specific information.
- Ensure compliance with US valuation standards and regulations (e. , ASC 805, ASC 820, IRC 409A).
- Prepare and review valuation reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of valuation services.
- Mentor and train junior valuation analysts, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. , tax, legal, financial reporting) to ensure alignment and accuracy of valuation outputs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, valuation methodologies, and regulatory changes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of valuation services.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
