3. Performance Management System
4. Employee Engagement activities
5. Preparation of MRM Presentation
6. Release of Offer letter, Confirmation letters, Transfer letters.
7. Preparation of Training Calendar, recruitment budget.
8. Should manage internal & external audits.
9. Employees training, effectiveness & replan if needed.
10. Implementation & sustain the various system requirements.
Preferably Japanese/MNC/ Automotive base profiles.
