The Branch RE Manager is the key link with the field teams who drive the business. Your role as part of the Retail marketing team is to drive RE Strategy in each State and work closely with Consumer Marketing to initiate / implement brand strategy in relevant states / RE's.
What would be the responsibilities for this role ?
- Coordinating with RE managers to share geo specific insights on GTM & driving GTM strategy on the ground through Field teams
- Working with the Branch Finance Manager to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in all spends wrt trade / in-store etc.
- Analysis of market share and ND/WD/internal data points/ITT/STT figures to arrive at the optimum strategy for CP in that state w.r.t. to category growth & share growth.
- Conceptualising in-market solutions to tap local business opportunities, and liaising with field teams for the successful implementation of the same.
- Develop communication plan for Field team, RE's and for Key large customers
- Successful execution of RE-wise activations that are planned
- Work closely with Regional Managers to identify opportunities and actioning Go-to-Market strategies
- Work as part of Retail Marketing with RE managers and Brand Managers to close quarter activation grids by category / brand / geography
What does the ideal candidate profile look like ?
- 4+ years of overall experience including 2+ years of frontline sales
- Strong understanding of specific geo/branch
