- Team members of Tech Sales, Brand & Trade Marketing, & PPM
- Zone / Global Tech Sales teams

- Distributors/ Wholesalers/ Service Providers
- Retail Outlet License holders
- E-Commerce partners
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Education level and/ or experience
- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed B schools. (2016/17/18 as preferred batch)
- 5-7 years of experience in handling Sales/Channel/Trade Marketing - preferably FMCG Industry
Skills and/or knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Trade Marketing, Consumer Buying behavior & Channel development
- Knowledge and experience in conducting Market Research & Analysis
- Strong analytical skills, ability to find insights and propose relevant recommendations
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
- The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills
- The ability to work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (Internal & External)
- Change Management - flexible & prepared to adapt to meet changing requirements, committed to continuous improvement
- Problem Solving & Innovation
- Ability to lead team to outperform by giving them feedback and consistent inputs for development
