
- Work with senior leadership to develop and implement robust succession plans for key roles within the organization, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders
- Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles
- Design and implement a Talent review process and update succession plans to reflect changes in organizational needs, employee performance, and career aspirations, ensuring ongoing alignment with business goals
- Collaborate with HRBP & L&D teams to drive training and development agenda for high potential employees
- Implement career path frameworks and tools to streamline the career planning process and provide clear guidance on advancement opportunities within different departments and job roles
- Organize and conduct career development workshops and seminars to help employees understand their career options and develop the skills needed for progression
