Manager - Talent Management & Performance (PMS)
Location:Mumbai, India
Experience Required:
- 4-8 years in Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Development
Compensation:
- Up to - 22 LPA (based on experience and current compensation)
Educational Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field
- MA in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, HRM, or related disciplines
JD with strong HR/OD exposure (optional/additional)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Management:
- Design and implement strategies for high-potential employee identification, development, and retention
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility programs
- Collaborate with business and HRBPs to align talent strategy with business goals
- Facilitate leadership development programs, learning interventions, and engagement initiatives
2. Performance Management (PMS):
- Lead the end-to-end performance management process (goal setting, mid-year review, final evaluation)
- Work closely with business leaders to define KPIs, OKRs, and competency-based performance frameworks
- Manage performance calibration and normalization processes
- Analyze performance data and trends to support decision-making and HR analytics
