
Talent Assessment & Competency Framework Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in building and strengthening talent assessment and competency frameworks. The ideal candidate will bring experience in competency mapping or designing pre-hire assessments, along with analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making in talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, enhance, and validate competency frameworks and pre-hire assessments to ensure role alignment and effective talent evaluation.
- Conduct research and analysis on market best practices, competitor benchmarks, and industry trends in talent assessment.
- Translate data and assessment outcomes into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Support stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment on requirements.
- Assist in project management for competency or assessment-related initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Role Specifications / Requirements:
Must Have:
- Hands-on experience in competency mapping/framework design OR in designing pre-hire assessments (outside of an L&D-only context).
- This experience may come from full-time roles, internships, or projects.
Good-to-Haves:
- Exposure to market intelligence or competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Experience in stakeholder/client management or project management.
- Background in data interpretation, statistics, or HR analytics.
- End-to-end knowledge of recruitment and performance management processes
