Manager - Talent Acquisition - Retail

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for retail operations, high-volume roles, and corporate positions, ensuring alignment with timelines and budget parameters.

- Design and execute programs for graduate hiring, internships, and entry-level talent pipelines to support long-term workforce planning.

- Develop creative sourcing strategies, harnessing digital and social platforms while optimizing external vendor and partner networks.

- Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.

- Implement and oversee assessment tools and platforms to ensure fair, consistent, and effective candidate evaluations.

- Monitor talent supply trends, skill demands, and competitor activity to inform strategic sourcing decisions.

- Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding across campuses and key talent markets.

- Lead projects aimed at improving recruitment efficiency, reducing time-to-hire, and elevating the overall candidate experience

Required Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

- Demonstrated success in managing both volume and corporate hiring mandates.

- Strong background in early careers recruitment, including campus engagement and graduate programs.

- Practical experience with sourcing methodologies, assessment frameworks, and recruitment technologies.
