Job Title: Manager - Talent Acquisition (TA)

Location: Mumbai

Total Experience: Not more than 10 years

Primary Responsibilities:

- Recruitments: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Campus Recruitment: Manage campus recruitment activities to attract fresh talent from educational institutions.

- Internal and External Communication: Handle internal and external communication related to recruitment and employer branding.

- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration on recruitment and HR initiatives. Get Interview feedback , reason for rejection.

- Preparing Job Descriptions (JD): Develop and update job descriptions to reflect the requirements of different roles accurately.

- Conducting Internal Job Postings (IJP): Manage internal job postings and ensure transparency in the internal hiring process.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the company.

- Digitization: Implement and manage HR digitization projects to streamline HR processes and improve data management.

- Reward & Recognition: Develop and oversee reward and recognition programs to motivate and retain employees.

Requirements:

Experience:


- Primary: Strong experience in recruitments, with a proven track record of successful hiring.

- Secondary: Experience in campus recruitment and managing internal and external communication.

- Additional: Experience in other HR projects such as onboarding, digitization, reward and recognition.

- MNC Experience: Prior experience working in a multinational company is a must.

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in HR software and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in HR or Talent Acquisition will be a plus.
