Role Details:
Job Title: Manager Talent Acquisition
Location: Gurgaon (5 days working from office)
Experience Required: 5+ years
Reports To: CEO/HR Head
Shift Timings: 12 PM - 9 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle - from job posting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and other creative sourcing methods.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, and feedback.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) regularly to ensure accurate data and reporting.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support diversity hiring and employer branding initiatives.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire to drive improvements.
- Assist with campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment drives as needed.
