Responsibilities:
1. Working in a Product Development / GCC - global capability center
2. Team management - Manage 6 Senior Recruiters
3. Willing to work in Hybrid Model - 3 days in office / 2 days' work from home in a week and timings 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
4. Stakeholder management (Experience working with US stakeholders)
5. Willing to do hands-on sourcing and handle Few roles independently end to end
6. Vendor Management
7. Interview drives Planning.
8. Other key initiative other than TA.
9. Good Understanding and knowledge of IT Technologies
