Manager - Talent Acquisition (Analytics, GCC, Insurance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the full life-cycle recruiting process from requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent in Analytics, GCC, and Insurance domains.
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain strong pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
- Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates).
- Lead process improvement initiatives within talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in full-life cycle recruitment, with a preference for hiring in Analytics, GCC, or Insurance domains.
- Strong experience in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across mid-senior levels.
- Expertise in employer branding initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Adaptability to work effectively in a hybrid model (mix of office and remote).
- Bachelors/masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment scaling talent for GCC or Analytics teams.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics dashboards
