- Responsible for end to end talent acquisition for lateral hiring for the business
- Interacting with Business to understand the requirement, preparing job description and advertising it in various channels and coordinating with external consultants for required flow of profiles.
- Arranging interviews with HMs and senior leadership.
- Negotiating offer, salary fitment, disbursement of offer letter and post selection follow up. Devise internal reference tools, MIS
