Manager Corporate HR : position based at HO.

Profile will be 60% TA (hiring & recruitment) + 40% Generalist (monthly HRMIS, reports, presentations).

Active participate and contribute in conceptualizing and execution of new HR initiative in the Company. Should have compulsorily worked on pharma hiring & recruitment. Should have hands on expertise into sourcing of profiles, candidate screening & conducting preliminary HR round of the candidates. Good in co-ordination & follow-ups - internally as well externally with cross functional HOD's / candidates / consultants / etc. Travelling for Campus Recruitment as and when needed into India itself.

About:


- Responsible for Recruitment and Selection process at Corporate, R & D and Manufacturing sites of company.

- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

- Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and industry best practices.

- Identifying the potential candidates through various sourcing methods like job portal (Naukri), Linkedin and Internal references.

- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, stakeholders to foster a strong talent pipeline

- Posting job requirement on various job portal and tracking posting status and results

- Collaborating closely with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements

- Build relationships with right candidate using good communication skills and understand end to end about candidate mindset

- At the time of conversation generating more leads from the candidate.

- Responsible for salary negotiation with selected candidates & offer letter generation

- Responsible for completion of joining formalities of newly joined employees.

- Induction of new joining employees and aware them with policy of the company.

- Scheduling interviews and maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates for organization internal database

- Maintain and share monthly MIS report, recruitment cost data to HR head.

- Planning and arranging employment engagement activities like Birthday celebration of employees and farewell of employees.
