Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with at least 5 years of experience in sales hiring, bulk hiring, and front-end hiring.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies, managing high-volume hiring drives, and building a strong talent pipeline for sales and customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive large-scale hiring initiatives for sales and front-line positions.
- Manage and lead recruitment teams for effective delivery.
- Develop sourcing strategies for volume hiring through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver timely closures.
- Ensure seamless candidate experience and onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in sales, bulk, and front-end hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
