Ketto Online Ventures Pvt Ltd, a leading crowdfunding platform, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts in Mumbai. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about high-volume hiring and building strong sales teams within the BPO/Contact Center space.

What You'll Do:

- As a Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and leading the recruitment function for sales roles. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and driving end-to-end bulk hiring for sales roles in voice processes, ensuring recruitment targets are met efficiently.

- Partnering strategically with business stakeholders to understand their growth plans and collaboratively design and execute effective hiring strategies.

- Leading and guiding a team to source candidates across various channels, including job portals, orchestrating large-scale walk-ins, fostering robust referral programs, and managing vendor relationships.

- Strategizing and executing high-volume recruitment drives to ensure aggressive turnaround times (TAT) and meet business demands.

- Implementing strategies to ensure quality hiring that directly aligns with sales performance requirements and business objectives.

- Developing and maintaining comprehensive recruitment dashboards and reporting to provide data-driven insights and inform decision-making.

- Leading a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure team success.

What You'll Need:

- We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong track record in talent acquisition for high-volume environments:

- 6 to 8 years of experience in sales hiring, specifically within BPO/voice processes.

- Extensive experience in BPO Recruitment with a deep understanding of Volume Recruitment methodologies.

- Proven expertise in bulk recruitment, including hands-on experience with various sourcing tools and hiring analytics.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.

- Demonstrated team handling experience is a must, with a track record of successfully leading and developing recruitment teams.

- Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools is preferred.
