Manager - Talent Acquisition
- The talent acquisition manager would be an evangelist of the core ethical values of the company and the unique solutions for long-term investing from a bouquet of Quantum
Mutual Funds and be responsible for:
Responsibilities will include:
- Develop long term recruitment strategies in line with hiring plan.
- Collaborate with stake holders to identify talent needs.
- Determining the selection criteria.
- Source the right candidates using a variety of search methods, with highest level of speed and efficiencies.
- Shortlisting candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing screening in line with Job Description and company values.
- Maintain and submit hiring dashboards on weekly basis.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it.
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements in line with
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Manage manpower agencies/vendors.
Candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years recruiting experience in handling end-to-end recruitment Pan- India.
- Ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership and integrity.
- Should possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.
Skills:
- Excellent working knowledge of using LinkedIn and job sites.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to learn.
- Result oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Proactive approach:
- Ability and readiness to have a hands-on approach and execution, when necessary, of any responsibilities when required.
- Willing to put in the extra mile to source the right candidate in time.
