Talent Acquisition Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and help scale our workforce with top-tier talent.
This role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, leading a team of recruiters, building a strong employer brand, and developing scalable hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate is both data-driven and people-focused, with a proven track record of hiring across various functions and levels, especially in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Ensure a positive and streamlined candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and coordinators.
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce gaps.
- Provide recruitment support and consultation to hiring teams on role scoping, market trends, and interview best practices.
Sourcing & Employer Branding:- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking events, and social media.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus hiring events, and industry forums.
Process Optimization & Reporting:- Standardize and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio) and present regular reports to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and DEI initiatives throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 to 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience hiring for diverse functions and seniority levels, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Zoho Recruit) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
