- Partner closely with the business to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and the brightest talent.
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process from sourcing, pipeline management, to offer negotiation and closing for all roles across SocialPilot.
- Build and maintain a network of candidates in engineering, marketing, product management, and sales.
- Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement including sourcing and recruiting strategies and partner with peers in the execution of these strategies.
- Build and grow relationships with top tier engineering schools and business schools.
- 5-8 years of recruiting experience with technical organizations.
- Hands-on experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn and other online networking communities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
