The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees, ensuring the company has the right talent to achieve its strategic goals, while also contributing to employee retention and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
Industry Knowledge and Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide talent acquisition strategies.
Education:
- MBA from Premium B School is must
