Responsibilities :
Recruitment Strategy:
- Create and manage the talent acquisition plan for assigned mandates in line with the people budget and cost.
- Benchmark hiring quality with that of the industry and recommend modifications in hiring strategy.
- Benchmark industry best practices & provide inputs to HR and cross-functional teams
- Job Design & Analysis:
- Curate dashboards to monitor the budget and hiring progress. Track & report key recruitment metrics such as time to hire, cost per hire and suitable candidate persona to ensure continuous improvement in hiring process.
- Guide the recruiters to ensure timely recruitment of the right quality resources, evaluate a mix of sourcing pools to meet the resourcing needs and HC budgets.
- Ensure adherence to all HR processes both from timelines and quality of how these processes are experienced by candidates. Give a high-quality experience to candidates and hiring managers and manage all HR recruitment & selection processes.
- Develop and maintain a quality database of candidates for future roles. Provide recruitment analytics and metrics to improve process
