Manager - Talent Acquisition

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Job location: Gurgaon (Work from Office).

Experience: 5-8 years.

Key responsibilities.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of innovative techniques.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.

- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage with top talent in the industry.

- Stay updated on latest trends, best practices, and market insights in talent acquisition.

- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.

- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress.

- Contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven work experience of 5-8 Years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a recruitment consultancy or agency.

- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and best practices.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Sound understanding of employment laws and regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.

- Professional certification in Human Resources or Recruitment is a plus.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
