Role Manager- Supplier Quality Assurance-Electronics

Job Location - Pune

Qualification - B.E/ B Tech in Electronics

Role and Responsibilities:

- New models Quality (RAR-Run at rate, DRBFM, PRBFM)

- Standardization / 20 Basic Quality systems

- Vendor audits/ reviews

- Ability to handle QSR/ EFR/Warranty /IHR issues/ cases & monitor the same

- Control of IPO Documents

- Identify improvement points in process and make process more robust

- Proficient in Electrical/ Electronic automotive vehicle system.

- Knowledge of vehicle powertrain and the interfaces arising out of electrification.

- Knowledge about automotive industry standards and regulations, applicable globally.

- having thorough knowledge in Electronic parts, assemblies & its processes.

- Good understanding of all applicable standards/ regulations and their application

- Experience in quality systems of electronic components for automotive application CDI, ECU, voltage Regulator, sensors, digital instrument clusters (speedometers)

- Process review & upgradation of the process.

- Bench marking with similar parts, VA/ VE

- PFMEA

Specific expertise required for functional area:

1) SMD -PCB- process with clear understanding of defects and its resolution

2) In-depth understanding / analysis of the electronic circuitry in automotive components like Regulator, EMS ECU etc. with vehicle interface.
