Manager - Strategy Consulting

Primary Responsibilities:

- Gather and effectively leverage primary and secondary research to address our clients' business problems.

- Perform in-depth analyses to gain insights to products, markets, and competitors.

- Prioritize key issues, build and test hypotheses, and transform key learnings into to practical implications.

- Support the development of client deliverables, including slide presentations and workshop materials.

- Engage in out-of-the-box thinking to help craft innovative, actionable insights for our clients.

- Develop sales plans to identify the expansion of existing clients in conjunction with the Relationship Managers by preparing call schedules and presentations.

- Responsible for presenting a consultative working cash flow presentation to prospects and existing clients.

- Drive the collaboration between business lines to implement new solutions for new and existing clients.

- Lead consultative conversation with new and existing customers to define the solutions to meet their goals and business objectives. Lead and facilitate the implementation and structure of new and existing services.

- Responsible for monitoring industry trends and competitive practices, including the impact of technology, regulatory and legislative changes related to treasury management.

- Managing operations by overseeing engagements to ensure client satisfaction, determining system needs, leading operations meetings, reviewing and analyzing financial reports, etc.

- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote services offered to current and potential clients, identifying new and nurturing existing client sources to generate leads.

- Conducting client sales meetings, writing proposals, and closing sales.

- Managing client relationships by overseeing the process of onboarding and offboarding clients, cultivating long-term client relationships, and managing client expectations.

- Planning, strategizing, and working closely with the CEO regularly to develop growth tactics.

Qualifications:

- Strong academic record

- Demonstrated quantitative aptitude

- Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with PowerPoint and Excel a plus

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
