Job:

Lead sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance. Develop strategic procurement plans, negotiate contracts, and build long-term vendor relationships aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key categories

- Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking

- Negotiate contracts to secure favorable commercial terms

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business needs

- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering

- 6+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills

- Experience with ERP systems and procurement analytics
