This role is crucial for maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and positioning our offerings as the top choice for luxury property investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across digital, offline, and relationship-driven channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and wealth managers to enhance lead flow.
- Implement cutting-edge lead-generation techniques and align them with overall marketing and sales goals.
- Analyze market trends to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or business development within the luxury real estate sector.
- Expertise in digital and offline lead generation strategies and CRM tools.
