Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and a proven ability to identify and implement process improvements. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the quality and consistency of procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement Operations: Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality and consistency in all procurement tasks. Manage the entire supplier onboarding process, including reviewing information for completeness and collaborating with AP partners to create supplier accounts.

- Contract Management: Facilitate the routing of contracts for signatures and build and manage supplier and contract records in the contract repository.

- Project & Performance Monitoring: Supervise project aging reports to identify risks and ensure that projects do not exceed service-level agreements (SLAs). Follow up with stakeholders to promote progress and resolve issues.

- Training & Collaboration: Assess the training needs of internal customers, support the development of training materials, and deliver effective training programs. Build strong and productive working relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Source-to-Pay and Procurement systems.

Skills

Required Skills:

- Technical: Knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes and Procurement systems. Familiarity with supplier contract structure, contract lifecycle management, and data management.

- General: Outstanding customer service experience, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to execute against critical deadlines.

- Interpersonal: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, results-oriented attitude.

Education & Experience

- Education: A bachelor's and master's degree in a business-related field, such as Procurement, Operations, or Supply Chain.

- Experience: A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
