About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in scaling social media channels for consumer-facing brands, with a deep sense of content, storytelling, and community building.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Social Media Management Own the day-to-day management of social media platforms with a strong focus on Instagram & YouTube Shorts.
- Brand Voice & Tonality Build a distinct, relatable, and consistent communication style across platforms.
- Growth & Engagement Drive high engagement, organic reach, and steady follower growth.
- Founder-Led Marketing Collaborate closely with founders to amplify their personal voice and connect with the community.
- Community & Influencer Engagement Create strong relationships with communities, influencers, and micro-creators.
- Analytics & Performance Track, analyze, and optimize content performance with data-backed decisions.
Must-Haves :
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for D2C or consumer-facing brands.
- Proven track record of scaling a social presence from 0 to high engagement with consistent tone and visuals.
- Strong copywriting and content sense, especially for Instagram & YouTube Shorts.
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, aesthetics, and storytelling formats.
- Passion for parenting culture, lifestyle, or wellness spaces.
