Shopper Marketing Manager - FMCG
TASK SPECIFICATION:
Top 3 priorities ( Critical for the job ):
- Prepare Plans covering Displays, Shop Branding and Vehicle branding and implement them at regional level.
- Analyze purchase pattern of retailers, distributors and competitive landscape for trade promotion schemes.
- Drive on ground activation programs that promotes Sales.
Performance specifics in detail:
- Create Annual Trade Trade Marketing Calendar with list of activities within prescribed budgets.
- Improve Shopper Experience through better visibility of Products on Display Racks while ensuring Planogram.
- Design trade activation programs - Dealer Incentive Contest, Sales Team Incentive Contest.
- Track competitor activity regarding product promotions, Trade and consumer offers.
- Regularly visit market that allows to understand trends, needs, retailer profile and opportunities, with the aim of timely marketing inputs.
- Work with sales for targeting Retail stores that need special attention.
- Work with vendors to ensure timely design and execution of deliverables.
- Analyze sales data and review effectiveness of trade schemes/ promotions and other activities.
