Job Summary:
Wellness Manager is responsible for strategizing and designing wellness engagement growth plans, executing, and tracking these plans for clients.
Responsibilities:
- This position will require developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients, vendors, and internal departments; in addition to providing superior client management/client service while developing an excellent understanding of the industry.
- Works with Sales and Account Management team to establish implementation timelines and metrics for all new accounts. Fully understands and communicates client expectations and background to assist ensure a timely and accurate implementation.
- Wellness Account Manager may be expected to travel to be onsite for new client implementation kick off meetings or other onsite meetings.
- Confidently evaluate, strategize, present, and implement wellness program designs that fulfill your clients wellness goals and assist their members in achieving their healthiest selves.
- Review population aggregate and participation status reports with your clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and make strategic recommendations for ongoing program management and ever-increasing member engagement.
- Identify potential program enhancements to increase member satisfaction utilizing trend data.
- Proactively monitor and measure assigned client program data throughout the year; provide clients with timely and meaningful insight and/or recommendations.
- Work with client requirements for improving annual wellness programming year-overyear. Employ a consultative and solution-based approach to ascertain and articulate the Vitality value proposition with each clients strategic goals and objectives.
- Proactively communicate with assigned clients and be their main point for contact for day-to-day operational support. Represent your clients best interests within Vitality, ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are maintained, and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Desired profile/who should join:
- Educational qualification: Graduation in a related field. MBA Preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of work experience, largely with Insurance industry.
- Prior experience in managing corporate Wellness.
- Have good client engagement skills.
- Be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Have a quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
- Have strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to wok across teams.
- Be capable of orchestrating cross-functional engagements.
- Have good negotiation skills.
