Responsibilities:

- Closely working with the functional head to forecast the manpower plan for the core departments.

- Looking after leadership hiring through tools like head - hunting, consultants, networking.

- Design and develop recruitment strategy based on the manpower projections received from functional heads.

- Recruitment Channel Management - Identifying and developing innovative to the conventional sources of portals and consultants.

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process - from screening to successful joining of the candidate.

- Ownership for the first phase of employee life cycle (-2 to +6 months) and facilitating new joiners' assimilation to the organization.

- Closely work with the Corporate HR and HRMS team to ensure smooth induction of new joiners.

- Prepare and analyze recruitment MIS on a regular basis to keep a tap on the TAT for closure of each position and also to ensure control on hiring cost.

- Ensure adherence to the recruitment process.

- Driven campus recruitment for various positions across functions.

- Active participation in special HR projects - Overseas Recruitment, internal mobility, vendor management.

- Driving focused talent acquisition initiatives through LinkedIn, social media, referrals.

- Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with candidate.

- Preparing salary structure.

- Managing effective and smooth on boarding of new hires in coordination with Project HR team as per defined process to ensure their acclimatization to the organization for better engagement and stability.

- Industry/Organization mapping for critical positions.
