Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute the organizations talent acquisition strategy.
- Lead lateral hiring and recruitment operations across levels.
- Oversee and guide a team of recruiters; provide mentoring and leadership.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and recommend best practices.
- Maintain and improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Represent the company at campus hiring events and HR conferences.
- Manage third-party staffing vendors and ensure performance metrics are met.
- Ensure job descriptions are updated and aligned with role expectations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and share periodic updates with leadership.
- Drive employer branding and sourcing innovation through modern platforms and tools.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in recruitment, including full-cycle hiring.
- Prior experience leading recruitment teams and managing multiple hiring mandates.
- Strong understanding of sourcing, selection, and employment branding.
- Proven track record using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related databases.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- MBA in HR or a related field is required.
