Manager/Sr.Manager - Sales - Contract Logistics - 8+ years - Noida

Responsibilities:

1) Designing and setting up warehouse strategies and layouts for optimal space and cost efficiency

2) Managing multiple warehouse operations to deliver performance against SLAs

3) Driving business growth by building client-focused solutions and developing strong pipelines

4) Formulating SOPs and implementing logistics software to maximize efficiency and compliance

5) Collaborating cross-functionally to solve operational challenges and deliver tailored logistics solutions

6) Ensuring a data-driven approach using analytical tools to support strategic decision-making

7) Leading with business acumen to align logistics operations with client and organizational goals.

Requirements:

1) Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred

2) 8-12 years of experience in contract logistics or 3PL operations

3) Proven background in warehouse management, space optimization, and supply chain execution

4) Strong understanding of SOP design, client onboarding, and logistics IT systems

5) Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and high ownership mindset
