Manager/Senior Manager - MIS Analyst - Banking/NBFC/Brokerage Firm

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile and analyze data to generate insightful MIS reports and dashboards for business and service performance.

- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and SLAs to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

- Strategic Insights: Highlight trends, identify gaps, and support decision-making through periodic presentations and performance reviews.

- Process Improvement: Recommend automation and enhancements for reporting and data management systems.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and align on reporting practices.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in MIS, preferably within the Banking, NBFC, or Brokerage Firm sector.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI).

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently as well as Leading a team environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
