Manager/Senior Manager - Market Research
Job Description:
Required Skill Set:
1. Full Time MBA / Post Graduation in Marketing from a reputed institute.
2. Min. 5 years exp. in core Marketing/Research.
3. Client side research manager / Brand Mangers handling research preferred. Multiple agency handling is a must.
Job Purpose:
- This role will be responsible for providing information and insights regarding consumer, category, competition, and campaign effectiveness, to measure performance and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research:
- Lead all Qualitative and Quantitative researches for the brand: BHT, U&A, CPT, DOD, etc.
- Identify new market opportunities
- Leverage insights to drive business growth
2. Marketing Projects:
- Manage ad hoc marketing projects
3. Data Champion:
- Understanding marketing data requirements
- Source, analyse and present data as per ad hoc requests
Special Requirements:
- Brief Writing
- Strong analytical and critical thinking with problem solving ability
- Strong business acumen, ability to assess impact on business performance
- Excellent articulation / communication / presentation (written and verbal)
Travel - Limited but required.
