Manager/Senior Manager - International Accounting

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the accounting operations for international subsidiaries and branches, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (e., IFRS, US GAAP).

- Manage the consolidation of financial statements for global entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

- Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and transfer pricing policies.

- Lead and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for international entities.

- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers.

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management on international accounting matters.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance of international entities, identifying trends and variances.

- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for international operations.

- Manage and mentor a team of international accounting professionals.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information to stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with changes in international accounting standards and regulations.

- Lead and participate in special projects related to international accounting and finance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) and regulations.

- Excellent knowledge of international tax regulations and transfer pricing.

- Proficiency in using ERP systems and accounting software.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
