Job Overview:
We are looking for someone to create and manage eLearning courses based on our internal content. You will use digital tools to design engaging and interactive online courses. You will also handle multiple projects, working closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop the best learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Create engaging storyboards and videos to improve the learning experience.
- Use design principles to plan and produce content in formats like print, graphics, audio, video, animations, and multimedia.
- Work with SMEs to define course objectives and create effective, interactive learning materials for different types of learners.
Project Management:
- Collaborate with SMEs, developers, and media teams to solve challenges and manage projects effectively.
- Use digital tools to track project progress and manage the Learning - Management System (LMS) to ensure course quality, accessibility, and compliance.
Research and Quality Control:
- Stay updated with the latest learning technologies and suggest ways to improve learning materials.
- Review and test content to make sure it meets quality standards.
- Measure how learners are engaging with the content and suggest improvements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Ensure that content meets the needs of learners and stakeholders.
- Work with external vendors and agencies for content development.
Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with online learning tools and software.
- Ability to design or adapt courses for online learning.
- Knowledge of learning models like ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and SAM.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and quality standards for course design.
