Designation: Human Resources - Manager / Sr. Manager (Female)
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a change leader, driving and managing strategic organizational transformation initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and onboard top talent.
- Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for employee concerns and queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture through targeted employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide coaching to managers on conflict resolution, employee performance, and relationship management.
Performance Management:
- Implement and enhance performance management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Guide managers on conducting performance appraisals and setting measurable goals.
- Address performance gaps by creating tailored improvement action plans.
Training & Development:
- Conduct training needs analysis and design programs to build employee capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote professional growth.
- Measure and improve the effectiveness of training programs to align with business outcomes.
HR Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and relevance.
- Conduct periodic audits and investigations to uphold ethical and legal standards.
HR Metrics & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Present comprehensive reports and insights on HR initiatives and performance to senior management.
- Leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA in HR preferred.
Experience: 8-15 years in HR generalist or HRBP roles, ideally in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
