Role Summary:
- This role is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives through a combination of project management, data-driven insights, and process improvements.
- The incumbent will plan and execute key HR projects, develop and refine HR metrics and dashboards, and analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- The role requires strong data skills and a high sense of ownership.
- It ensures timely delivery of initiatives, actionable recommendations to leadership, and measurable impact on organizational priorities, while providing exposure through projects to all facets of HR.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver strategic HR projects aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct research and data analysis to generate actionable insights for HR initiatives.
- Develop and improve key HR metrics, build dashboards, and prepare reports to track the progress and impact of interventions.
- Monitor key HR indicators and provide recommendations based on trends.
- Prepare presentations and reports for leadership on project outcomes and strategic recommendations.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in HR processes and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and in alignment with compliance standards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
