Profile:

- Experience in HR Operations and Analytics, preferably in any industry.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of HR analytics tools.
- Exposure to dashboards, macros, excel, reporting, HR systems etc.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and leadership skills.
