Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

Job Drescription:

The candidate should be an in-house accounting expert and will be responsible for the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of entities as per IGAAP and IFRS. Responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements, coordinating audits with Big 4 firms, and managing internal audits.

This role will play a critical part in establishing appropriate process controls and will serve as a vital link between the internal and external auditors and the accounting team.

Responsibilities:

- Accounting guidance as per IGAAP and IFRS to accounting team on real time basis,

- Preparing and publishing monthly MIS along with schedules,

- Cash flow preparation on monthly basis,

- Liaison with External and internal auditors for timely closure of audits,

- Co-ordination with CS for timely closure of XBRL and other reporting,

- Analyzing the revenue contracts for ensuring the reporting the revenue as per applicable GAAP.

- Structure and Reporting

Qualification & Experience:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Must have at least 5+ years of relevant post-qualification experience with a reputed organization.

- Experience in managing accounting, reporting, and audit functions across multiple jurisdictions, including APAC, the Middle East, and Africa.

- Hands-on experience in the consolidation of multiple entities is a must.

- Strong command of all aspects of accounting.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Experience with a Big 4 firm is a plus.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
