Manager/Senior Manager - Client Services - Environmental/Social & Governance Segment

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced ESG Data & Research Specialist to join our Client Services team. This position is well-suited for someone with a strong background in ESG and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, particularly the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). You will be responsible for ESG data analysis, regulatory compliance, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct detailed research and analysis on ESG data, trends, and market developments

- Ensure compliance with ESG regulations, especially SFDR

- Develop and maintain ESG data models and databases

- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze ESG-related data

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting ESG performance and compliance

- Stay current on evolving ESG regulations, frameworks, and best practices

- Contribute to the development and execution of ESG strategies and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field

- 5-8 years of experience in ESG research or data-related roles

- Strong knowledge of ESG principles and regulatory standards, particularly SFDR

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with ESG reporting standards such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD

- Understanding of financial markets and investment practices

- Certifications in ESG or sustainability-related disciplines
