Key Responsibilities:
- Actively research and identify potential clients.
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and build connections.
- Meet new and existing customers to understand their needs and present Discover Psychometric Assessments.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demos of Discover for prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations to close deals successfully.
- Follow up with clients to drive engagement and conversions.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand business in India and internationally.
- Conduct industry research and mapping to identify potential business opportunities.
- Create compelling business presentations and proposals to engage clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and hiring services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough industry research and market analysis.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to business needs.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred.
