Job Title: Product Sales Manager / Senior Manager / AVP (As per experience and current position)
Job Location: Mumbai/Delhi (Remote)
Position Summary:
As a part of Platform Catalysts team, you will lead the growth and adoption of organization's credit risk infrastructure products among large banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. You will be instrumental in developing and executing a robust partner acquisition and relationship management strategy to ensure sustainable business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Partnership Development: Onboard and manage lender partners (Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions) for adoption of organization's credit risk infrastructure solutions.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement lender-specific, need-based product sales plans to drive adoption and revenue growth.
3. Revenue Ownership: Own and achieve revenue targets associated with credit risk infrastructure offerings.
4. Brand Positioning: Drive awareness and positioning of organization as a thought leader in the risk management space through market-making activities.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure consistent and impactful communication between internal teams and external partners to build a strong and credible market presence.
6. Collaterals & Reporting: Prepare investor/lender-facing reports, marketing materials, and performance decks; present to current and prospective partners.
7. Market Intelligence: Track market trends, competitor behavior, credit risk metrics, and macroeconomic factors to guide strategic decisions.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including data science, risk, and business development to deliver tailored solutions to partners.
9. Information Security Compliance: Adhere to relevant information security responsibilities aligned with your role.
Skills Required:
1. Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
2. CA or CFA certification is a strong plus.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in technical pre-sales, partnerships, or business development roles, preferably working with lenders or investors.
4. Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, credit products, and debt capital markets.
5. Deep understanding of macroeconomic trends, industry dynamics, and capital flows in the financial sector.
6. Willingness to travel.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
