Manager/Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition - Service/Engineering Business

- We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager /Lead TA to drive our hiring strategy for our Project & Design Engineering MNC in Mumbai and Bengaluru.

- Develop and implement hiring strategies aligned with business goals

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across key engineering functions

- Collaborate with leadership for workforce forecasting & planning

- Optimize recruitment budgets for cost-effective hiring

Required Skill Set:

- 5-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in MNC service /engineering company.

- Strong stakeholder management & recruitment analytics skills
