Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage partnerships with tour operators, activity providers, and hospitality partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to optimize pricing and service positioning.
- Lead negotiations and contracting efforts with vendors, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to enhance product visibility and customer acquisition.
- Track performance metrics, generate reports, and refine strategies based on analytics and customer feedback.
- Represent the brand in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Manage and mentor junior sales staff to ensure alignment with business goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in travel, tourism, or tech-enabled platforms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of Goas tourism landscape and local vendor network.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English and local languages.
