Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for domestic travel packages.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and direct customers.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Execute promotional campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and handling escalations efficiently.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to optimize profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the travel industry, specifically in domestic travel
packages.
- Strong understanding of domestic travel destinations, packages, and pricing strategies.
