Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales efforts in the Data Collaboration, IT Infrastructure, and Networking domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the System Integration (SI) industry, working with large and mid-enterprise accounts. This role requires significant experience in building and maintaining relationships with top OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Extron, Crestron, Poly, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, and others. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and targets. Execute these plans to drive sales growth in the Data Collaboration, IT Infrastructure, and Networking domains.

- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by securing new business and expanding existing accounts. Focus on increasing revenue from large and mid-enterprise accounts.

Account Management:

- Large & Mid-Enterprise Account Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key enterprise accounts, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions to address business challenges.

- Customer Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and retain long-term relationships with existing clients.

- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Drive negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the customer and the company.

OEM & Partner Relations:

- OEM Relationships: Leverage strong connections with OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Extron, Crestron, Poly, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, and others to deliver effective solutions and drive business growth.

- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and service delivery.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Data Collaboration, IT Infrastructure, and Networking domains.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects and conversion into long-term clients.

Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on achievements, challenges, and progress toward targets.

- Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts to management, adjusting strategies as needed based on market trends and customer feedback.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product management, and operations to ensure smooth sales processes and successful project execution.

- Team Support: Collaborate with the broader sales team, sharing best practices and contributing to overall team success.

Key Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

- 8-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically within the System Integration (SI) industry.

- Extensive experience in Data Collaboration, IT Infrastructure, and Networking domains.

- Proven track record in managing large and mid-enterprise accounts, including delivering high-value solutions and achieving sales targets.

- Strong relationships with OEMs such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Extron, Crestron, Poly, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, and others is essential.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization.

- Solution Selling Expertise: Ability to understand client requirements and craft custom solutions that meet their business needs.

- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- An MBA or similar qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Desirable Attributes:

- Self-motivated and driven with a proven ability to manage complex sales processes.

- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets in a competitive environment.

- Ability to develop creative solutions that address customer pain points and align with business objectives.

- Knowledge of regional markets and experience working in the Mumbai and Bangalore locations would be a plus.
