Manager - Sales Strategy - IT/BFSI

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Sales Strategy Manager to design, implement, and optimize strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.

This role will work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align business goals with actionable sales initiatives.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives.

- Analyze sales data, pipeline health, and customer trends to identify opportunities and gaps.

- Support the design of GTM plans including segmentation, pricing, channels, and territory planning.

- Performance Management: Define sales KPIs, build dashboards, and track progress against targets.

- Streamline sales processes, implement best practices, and improve sales productivity.

- Partner with marketing for lead generation strategies and with finance for sales forecasting.

- Work with sales enablement teams to ensure reps have the right tools, training, and messaging.

- Monitor competitors, industry shifts, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

- Experience in sales strategy, sales operations, management consulting, or related role.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
