Manager Sales Strategy and Operations Analyst

Analyze data to improve sales processes and strategies, manages CRM systems, generates reports on sales performance, and collaborates with team to achieve revenue goals and enhance overall efficiency. Also be responsible for data analysis, CRM maintenance, sales reporting, process optimization, and team support.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends, key performance indicators (KPIs), and areas for improvement.

- Generate standard reports and dashboards for sales management and leadership.

- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic decisions.

- Identify and propose improvements to sales processes to increase efficiency and revenue.

- Monitor and ensure adherence to established sales processes.

- Maintain and manage customer data, sales pipeline information, and activity logs within the CRM system.

- Ensure data accuracy and provide CRM support to the sales team.

- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and resolve issues.

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

- Identify and research potential new customers and assign leads to sales representatives.

- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and provide training on sales processes and tools.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA from Reputed Engineering & B Schools with 2-4 years of experience in sales strategy & operations roles in a Manufacturing or Product Industry.

2. Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven recommendations.

3. Competency in CRM software, spreadsheet programs like Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

4. Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.

5. Understanding of the broader business context and how sales metrics impact overall financial performance.

6. Strong ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
